For over thirty years San Francisco has taken part in the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge, an event promoting fitness, wellbeing, and teamwork within companies. The 2018 challenge took place on September 6th and consisted of over 363 companies from the Bay Area. The race had a sold-out attendance with a turn out of 10,500 runners and walkers who ran the 3.5-mile course in San Francisco. Companies who participate use the event to promote health and fitness in the workplace, encourage connections and friendships among their employees, and show their commitment to the community and environment being the world’s greenest road race.
Brown Pelican WiFi provided secure and a fully managed wifi for registration at the event as well as wifi for the production team. The custom temporary wifi network utilized a single cradle point and mobile trailer to ensure the area requiring coverage remained connected during the entire event.
