Each May, the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) holds their annual National Military Survivors Seminar which provides a place for survivors to come together who have lost a loved one during service to their country. Guests at this annual event have the opportunity to participate in workshops focused on how to deal with grief and loss, as well as provide a safe space for sharing their stories with other survivors.
Brown Pelican WiFi has had the honor of providing complimentary wifi for this event for the past two years. A custom wifi network was set up for production staff, as well as guests to provide the ability to stay connected and share experiences with friends and family not able to attend. Brown Pelican WiFi’s founder, Glenn Hall, proudly served in the US Marine Corps as a Helicopter Avionics Technician, and continues to support those who serve and their families.
